Push notification notifies people that want to receive your update that you have a newly published or updated blog post. Onesignal and WebpushR is the best WordPress plugin for this.

BUILD EMAIL LIST

With an email list, you are in control of your subscribers. You can send them mail anytime you want. Get an email list builder to get started. I use Sendinblue on my blog. Convertkit and AWeber are good too.

SHARE YOUR BLOG POST ON RELEVANT COMMUNITY

Quora, Facebook group, and Reddit is my preferred social community. Work with the admins and moderators to promote your blog posts there.
